2. Browser-Side (Client-Only) Processing Architecture

Unlike conventional online utility platforms that transmit files to remote cloud servers for batch processing, ListFast employs browser-native computational standards:

  • PDF Manipulation: Page merging, splitting, compression, and rendering are executed in your device's memory using client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly libraries.
  • Image Conversion & Compression: JPG, PNG, and WebP operations utilize HTML5 Canvas APIs locally.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Text extraction runs directly on your local hardware via client-side neural network workers.
  • Password Generation: Cryptographic entropy is generated via window.crypto.getRandomValues. Passwords are never sent across a network or saved.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, view, index, store, or sell:

  • The content of your uploaded PDF documents or Word files.
  • Photos, graphics, or images manipulated with our tools.
  • Extracted OCR text or draft text entered into the Word Counter.
  • Passwords generated using the Password Generator.

4. Technical Information & Anonymous Analytics

We may capture aggregate anonymous operational telemetry (such as tool usage count, general error codes, and device screen dimensions) exclusively for performance optimization and bug fixing. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Resources & External APIs

For tools that query external data (such as live currency exchange rates), requests fetch public market index rates without transmitting identifying personal data.

6. Data Security Measures

All communication with our website is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Because files remain in your local browser sandbox, closing your browser tab immediately frees the allocated memory.
